4. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders placed on the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Failure to verify payment information

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Product Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shenzhen Daban Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

  • Damage to your drone or other equipment resulting from improper installation or use of our products.

Maximum Liability: In any event, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific product.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
