2. Return Process

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your order number inside the package. Ship the item to the address we provide. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days to confirm it meets the eligibility conditions above.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved:

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, etc.) used for the purchase.

Refund Amount: The full item price will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly at service@fixdron.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly without the time and complexity of a formal dispute. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in delayed resolution.
7. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible — at Fixdron, we process orders quickly, typically within 24 hours.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the item, following the standard return process above.
8. International Returns
For orders shipped outside of China, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable. If a return is shipped from outside China, please mark the package as "Returned Goods" or "Warranty Return" on customs forms to avoid additional charges. Any customs fees we incur on the return will be deducted from your refund.
