Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I know if a part is compatible with my drone?

A: Each product listing includes a compatibility section specifying the drone models the part fits. Always check this section and verify your drone model before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us with your drone make and model — we'll confirm compatibility for you.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed through our secure payment partners. All transactions are encrypted and your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Orders are processed quickly — typically within 24 hours. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our standard return policy applies.

Q: Why was my order cancelled?

A: Orders may be cancelled due to stock unavailability, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification and a full refund will be issued immediately.

Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

A: Yes. If you're a repair shop, reseller, or need larger quantities, please contact us at service@fixdron.com with your requirements. We offer competitive wholesale pricing.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 3–7 business days

These are estimates and may vary based on your destination country and customs processing.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over 100 USD.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we'll check if shipping can be arranged. Some destinations may be restricted for lithium battery shipments.

Q: Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

A: Possibly. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by your destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking website. You can also log into your Fixdron account to view your order status. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Q: My tracking hasn't updated in days. What should I do?

A: Tracking updates can be delayed, especially during customs clearance or peak shipping periods. If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days (Standard) or 7 business days (Express), contact us — we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?

A: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you can't find it, first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Please see our [Shipping Information] page for full details.


Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Certain items like opened propellers, used adhesives, or soldering consumables cannot be returned. Please see our [Refund Policy] for complete details.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email us at service@fixdron.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We'll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and the return shipping address. Do not ship items back without authorization.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases, we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.

Q: I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do?

A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we initiate the refund immediately. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?

A: Our products are third-party replacement parts. We do not offer manufacturer warranties like original equipment manufacturers. However, if a part arrives defective or fails under normal use shortly after purchase, contact us — we will review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.


Products & Compatibility

Q: Are your parts genuine DJI or Autel parts?

A: No. Fixdron sells third-party replacement parts compatible with DJI and Autel drones. We are an independent supplier and are not affiliated with or authorized by DJI, Autel Robotics, or any drone manufacturer. Our parts are sourced to meet or exceed OEM specifications for reliable performance.

Q: How do I know the quality of your parts?

A: Every product is individually inspected before shipping. We source from trusted manufacturers in Shenzhen's drone supply chain. Product descriptions include material and specification details. Many parts, like our carbon fiber propellers, are built to the same standards as OEM components.

Q: Can you help me figure out which part I need?

A: Yes. Send us a photo of your drone and the damaged part, along with your drone model. Our team can help identify the right replacement. We respond within 24 hours on business days.

Q: Do you provide installation instructions?

A: Many products include basic installation notes in the product description or packaging. For detailed repair guides, we recommend YouTube tutorials, DJI's official repair resources, or online forums. If you're not confident in your repair skills, we recommend using a professional repair service.

Q: What if the part doesn't fit my drone?

A: If a part doesn't fit despite our compatibility listing indicating it should, contact us. We may ask for photos to confirm the issue. If we confirmed the wrong part, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If the wrong item was ordered due to customer error, our standard return policy applies.

Q: Do you sell DJI batteries?

A: We sell replacement batteries compatible with select DJI drone models. These are third-party batteries, not DJI originals. They are tested for capacity and charge cycle performance before shipping.


Account & Technical

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?

A: No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your address for faster checkout, and view your order history.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

A: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Q: Is your website secure?

A: Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Q: The website isn't loading properly. What should I do?

A: Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use a different browser. If the issue persists, contact us with a description and screenshot of the problem.
