1. Processing Time

Peak Periods: During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (UTC+8) on a business day typically begin processing the same day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $100 USD . The free shipping threshold will be automatically applied at checkout when your cart qualifies.
4. International Shipping
Fixdron ships from Shenzhen, China to most countries worldwide. For international orders, please be aware:

Customs and Import Duties: Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by your destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your responsibility as the importer of record. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.

Customs Clearance: Delays caused by customs inspection or clearance procedures are outside our control. We are not responsible for orders held by customs.

Restricted Destinations: Some countries have import restrictions on drone parts and electronic components. Please verify that your order complies with local import regulations before purchasing. Fixdron is not liable for orders seized or rejected by customs.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

You can also track your order by logging into your Fixdron account or contacting our support team. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Shipping Address

Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Include apartment numbers, building names, and any relevant delivery instructions.

Address Changes: If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing or has been dispatched.

Undeliverable Packages: Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be subject to a reshipping fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Missing Packages Marked as Delivered: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check with neighbors, building management, or safe drop locations.

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Lost in Transit: If tracking has not updated for an extended period (typically 15+ business days for Standard Shipping), contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Stolen Packages: Fixdron is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives with visible external damage:

Do not accept or sign for the package if damage is obvious. Request the carrier mark it as damaged.

Take clear photos of the damaged packaging before opening.

Take photos of any damaged products inside.

Contact us within 7 days with the photos and your order number.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Batteries: Lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods and may only be shipped via certain carriers. Delivery may take longer and may not be available to all destinations.

10. Multiple Item Orders
To keep shipping efficient, we may split your order into multiple packages if items are in different warehouses or if splitting speeds up delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments.
